The power rationing and shutdown orders have been reached in Kunshan and other underground factories in the mainland. At present, the semiconductor, panel and assembly generation industries are relatively unimpeded, including the 8-inch wafer factory of liandian (2303), Suzhou Hejian, riyueyue investment control, Youda, Renbao and Wistron, which said yesterday (27) that the plant area in the mainland is operating normally. The legal person pointed out that the current production of relevant manufacturers is not affected, so "there is no problem that orders can not be delivered, and there will be no transfer of orders".

At this stage, the semiconductor market is in short supply. In addition, the European and American peak season is coming at the end of the year, and the production of Hejian, rimoonlight, Renbao and Wistron is normal. The market is greatly relieved. However, the recent market situation of the panel industry has rapidly reversed from high-end to downward. If the Kunshan plant of Lenovo Youda is shut down, it is expected to relieve the pressure of increased supply. At the same time, it may also transfer some orders back to Taiwan, China, encouraging the strong rise of the share price of panel Shuanghu yesterday. However, it seems that the mainland plant of Youda is operating normally and the "order transfer effect will fail".

At this stage, the supply of semiconductors is in short supply, especially the foundry capacity of wafers is seriously tight. The foundry capacity of 8-inch wafers in Suzhou and warship under liandian is hot, and the dynamics are the most watched. At present, the monthly production capacity of Hejian is nearly 80000 pieces. Liandian said that the Hejian factory is operating normally and maintains full load production.

Riyue investment control, the leader of the sealed test, said that in line with the power restriction policy of the local government, it has arranged to ship goods in advance, which has a limited impact on customers and Kunshan plant. Jingyuan power, the test plant, revealed that at present, the power load reduction is only implemented in the office area of the Suzhou plant, which is expected to continue until the end of September, and the production line will continue to operate.

At present, only the test interface factory Yingwei in the semiconductor industry is affected. Yingwei announced on behalf of its subsidiary Suzhou Yiwei electronics yesterday that it would temporarily suspend work until September 30 in line with the local official power restriction policy and dispatch other plant areas of the group for support.

In terms of panel factories, Youda has three panel module factories in Suzhou, and Kunshan is a sixth generation LTPS panel factory and rear section module factory. The total investment scale of Youda in Kunshan is as high as NT $50 billion, which can be called the index investment of local Taiwan businessmen and is not within the scope of this wave of power restriction. Youda stressed that the mainland plant will cooperate with the local official power restriction policy, stop unnecessary power consumption in the plant, and the production and operation will be adjusted appropriately.
