The Definition of Wave Soldering
Wave soldering machine is a welding equipment for electronic products, and it is also
a necessary production equipment for electronic product manufacturers. The wave
soldering machine is made by inserting electronic components into the circuit board
and welding with the circuit board.
Characteristic of Wave Solder

and the liquid tin flow design principle is adopted. Reduce the impact oxidation amount of tin,
and the wave peak can be adjusted with the width of the PCB board, which greatly reduces
the size of the soldering PCB. The amount of tin oxidation during the board, the adjustable
distance is 80-350 MM.
