About Heating System of Reflow Oven
1.The heating system adopt the Swedish nickel heater with efficiency and energy-saving. The peak wave length of the radiation power is 4UM with curved surface reflector enhance temperature ramp up speed, improve the thermal efficiency. And the special forced-air circulation system make PCB and the component uniformly heated and eliminate the "shadow effect" efficiently.
2.Using special high temperature resistant protection material in heating preservation structure and cast iron in heating passage.
3. Using imported Taiwan SanYue long shaft high temperature blower motor and W shaped heat duct, critical design for no noise or vibration and convenient for maintenance .
4. Heating zones are structured with porous aluminum air director, hot air is uniformly distributed to the PCB surface. Hood can open completely so as to easily proceed maintenance.

1,We have power limited in factory, how we can use your reflow oven, and avoid over-load trip when start up the machine ?
According to actual situation, we can make changes on machine software, and when start up the machine, the heating zones will be heated on one by one, it means the start up power is very low, so it will be no problem; also the customer can operate the reflow oven by manual mode, it’s very easy to set all parameters in the software;
2,How can we connect the reflow oven with other SMT equipment in SMT line?
We equipped SMEMA in/out interface on reflow oven, which is convenient for connecting with pick & place machine, buffer conveyor, loader/unloader, or other SMT equipment;
3,How are can make maintenance for reflow oven?
Clear up the flux inside of heating zones and cooling zone (Clean the air holes plate in each zone, there are many flux dross and volatile matter stick on the plate, its possible block the holes)；
Take out the filters inside of the flux collect system, and clear up the flux dross on the filters;
Replace the aluminum foil tube on the exhaust hole of the oven, if there is too much flux dross inside;
Inspect the tension of the mesh belt and conveyor chain, adjust the tension of the chain, and if the mesh belt too loose, please remove some sections of the mesh, and reconnect the mesh belt, to get suitable tension;
Add the high temperature lubrication oil in the oil cup, and check if the oil cup work normally;
Clean the transmission mechanism inside of the oven, including gears, screw rods, other mechanical parts, and then brush the high temperature lubrication grease on these parts;
Inspect the electrical cabinet, check every component in cabinet, check the indicator lamp, and then tighten the screws on every terminal by screw driver, especially main circuit, to avoid short circuit.
