Stable and reliable conveyor system of Reflow Oven Equipment
1,The conveyor driving system use STK adjustable speed motor imported from Taiwan matched with the 1:150 turbine reducer can running extremely stable, speed range can varies between 0-1500mm/min.
2,Independent roller structure support and mesh belt running smooth and the speed precision is up to ±20 mm/min .
3, Mesh belt: durable and wear-resistant, not easy to deform and long life.

Reflow soldering shutdown
(1) After the work is finished, turn off the "heating" switch on the "control panel", wait for the
chain network and the fan to idle for more than 10 minutes to cool down, then turn off the "fan",
"transport", and "on/off".
(2) Click the "File" menu in the main window, select the "Exit" command in the drop-down menu,
and the system will pop up "Shutdown Now" and "Exit System". Click the "Shut Down Now" button
to directly enter the safe shutdown state.
(3) Or click the "Exit System" button, the furnace heating system will be turned off, and the equipment
chain network will automatically turn off after 20 minutes of idling. Click the "OK" button to automatically
enter "You can safely shut down now" to shut down.
(4) Turn off the display, UPS, (UPSOFF) main power switch, (CONTROLOFF) main switch in turn.
